Mediation

Mediation is a confidential process designed to resolve all issues in dispute between the parties. Most family law matters reach resolution during the mediation process, saving the parties significant money. Martha will help the parties:

(1) Outline a custody schedule that serves the best interests of the minor children;

(2) Divide their property and debts; and

(3) Formulate a plan to move forward in a positive direction, despite any negative past occurrences.
